Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

Confident working within a fine dining or rosette-level kitchen
Comfortable leading and motivating a team during busy services
Able to support with kitchen operations and ordering procedures
Understands how to maintain high food quality and consistency
Knowledgeable in food hygiene, safety, and allergen procedures
Passionate about team development and supporting junior chefs

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead the team during service to ensure smooth delivery
Oversee food preparation and presentation to high standards
Manage stock levels and ensure correct storage procedures
Assist with recruitment, training, and staff progression
Help maintain budget awareness and reduce waste across the kitchen
