Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

Experience working in Michelin-starred or luxury fine dining environments
Passionate about innovation, flavour, and exceptional presentation
Calm and confident under pressure with excellent kitchen organisation
Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative approach
Maintains the highest personal and professional standards

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Working alongside the head chef and chef patron to execute a refined, modern menu
Leading sections and supporting smooth kitchen operations at the highest level
Managing ordering, stock control, rotas and team leadership tasks
Upholding the restaurant's Michelin-starred standards in every service
Playing an active role in dish development and menu innovation
Ensuring consistent excellence in food safety, hygiene, and compliance
