Brings professional kitchen experience in a high-quality food setting

Works confidently within a team and supports junior chefs
Any formal cookery training or qualifications would be a bonus

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
Preparing and cooking food to a high standard across all services
Assisting with stock control, ordering and kitchen cleanliness
Contributing ideas to menus and seasonal changes
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are maintained
Training and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
